2. Lower Molars: Restored with milled crowns featuring retentive elements to support a chrome denture.
3. Occlusal Planning: Anterior guidance and posterior stability were restored by proper planning with mounted models, diagnostic wax-up and denture teeth set-up.

Results:
The patient was thrilled with the natural look and feel of his new smile.
