NICOLE. When she first joined us, Nicole brought along with her many years of experience in customer care in the prestige car industry. Having been used to providing a personalised service, Nicole continues with her upbeat and cheerful approach whether it is in assisting new visitors with directions or dealing with patient inquiries on the telephone. She is the first point of contact to the practice for most patients and as such she is one of the most important cogs in this small team. During her leisure time, Nicole is most happy pottering in her busy garden.
