I was referred to Dr Chong by an Endodontist. When I visited Dr Chong for the the first time, he explained a lot about the procedure. I was also given a written advice about different options before starting my treatment. In my first few appointments, Dr Chong put tremendous effort in giving me the best treatment that is possible. He has been very supportive with the ongoing treaments through the challenging times in last couple years. I have had dental treatment in multiple countries, but Dr Chong’s treatment is world class. Dr Chong is a very genuine and honest person. He has also a great team with him at his practice who are very efficient and smart people.

The all round service and treatment I have received from Perio Implant has been excellent. In need of a complex dental implant, I was apprehensive prior to the treatment. However, Chong, Olga, and Nicole have made the experience so much easier throughout. Their professionalism and personable approach has ensured my dental implant has been a resounding success. Amazing place to have dental implants done! I had 5 dental implants here and I can honestly say that they feel like my own teeth, so accurate and totally straight, the dental work is awesome! Doctor Chong and all the staff are all extremely pleasant and definitely made me feel at ease. My experience was great, before and during the treatment, even the after care was superb. I have now regained my smile and I don’t have to worry about having my pictures taken, more importantly I can also eat properly too all thanks to Doctor Chong and his fantastic assistant. Dr Lim is truly a consummate professional and the team at the clinic are welcoming and friendly. The process for my procedure, preparation and follow up was explained and laid out easily for me to understand and post surgery my recovery was monitored meticulously with multiple follow ups to ensure I was ready to receive the implant (and it was perfect). Chong, Nicole and Olga were truly fantastic and I cannot recommend Perio and Implant Dental clinic highly enough!

From day one I have felt very well taken care of by everyone at the clinic. Doctor Chong has always clearly explained the treatment approach necessary to deal with my gum issues, and I can definitely see vast improvement.

The treatment I received at the clinic was excellent, indeed it prevented a full extraction of all my teeth and now I have a mouth that is clear of gum disease and I have retained many of my own teeth alongside four implants – all through the expertise and skill of Dr Chong Lim. I wish I had met Dr Chong 10 years earlier, but am thrilled to have been fortunate to have sourced and been treated in time. 10 months ago, my gums had been bleeding daily for over a year and despite years of 3 monthly expensive dental and gum treatment, my periodontitis had escalated dramatically. My first appointment confirmed my worst fear, I was going tomloose more teeth, could not have bone grafts nor implants and would have to face the reality of dentures. Dr Chong treated my gums and more importantly taught me how to take care of my gums on a daily basis. The results have been incredible and my front teeth have been saved and I’ve been able to have composite treatment with which I am delighted. Even more delightful is how much more comfortable eating is. I’ve always been known for my smile and had started to cover my mouth and be very conscious of my teeth, now I can smile again with confidence and eat in comfort. I have received the most amazing treatment from Chong for the past two years. I have two implants, which were done poorly by another dentist a few years ago. The post in one was too large which had allowed bacteria to eat away some of the jawbone, creating a pocket in the gum. This was continually getting infected and I was worried that I would lose the implants, which are my two front teeth. Chong has successfully removed the gum pocket and by twice yearly check ups we are keeping them healthy. Chong’s expertise in implant dentistry is second to none. He is diligent, precise and really cares. I would highly recommend him.
